On the deck is a large New Weber gas grill , new extra long Serena & Lily outdoor wrap around sofa 120 inches by 120 inches and new outdoor serena and Lily 72 inches dining table for 6 . On the first floor a Half bath w/farmhouse pedestal sink, Carrara marble hexagonal tiled floor & wainscoting. Laundry w/front loading washer & dryer.
2ND FLOOR: Traditional wood staircase w/open railings leading to 3 bedrooms, open loft/tv area w/hardwood floors & 3 full bathrooms. Two beautiful Master bedroom. The main master has a custom king sea grass bed ,with high end bedding and sheets . 2 custom chairs are facing each other with an ottoman in the middle for relaxing . 2 nightables and floor mirror are in this bedroom . The bathroom has 2 Carrara marble sinks and 2 shower heads .
The other master bedroom has 2 twin XL beds with oomph custom headboards , custom valence , oomph nightable , dresser , vanity with custom chair , walk in closet . This master bathroom has one Carrara marble sink and 2 shower heads .
The third bedroom has a queen custom Serena and Lily upholstered bed and bedding . 2 night tables and a ceiling fan . This bedroom uses the hall bathroom which has a large Carrara marble sink and storage . A shower/tub with white subway tile .
When you exit any of the 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor you step into a sitting room . This area has a large screen tv on the wall , hanging chair, 82 inch white sofa with 2 chairs and a round coffe table . wifi and streaming app set up .
